Dear School Family,

First we need to say "THANK YOU".

    The mandatory school meetings last fall were a success.  We asked all school families to increase their Stewardship pledges in order for the school to remain on Stewardship and you came through.   We answered many questions regarding the school and St. Pius X.  We want to keep you updated and informed in all that is happening at St. Pius now and in the future.

    And now some more good news.  On January 6th, the Parish  Council voted to remain on Stewardship for the School Year 2006-2007. This vote did not come easy.  To facilitate this decision, we voted to have a balanced budget for 2006-2007.  If necessary we may have to reduce the numbers of classes per grade.  This depends on enrollment.  Therefore, we need an accurate student count for next year.

    It is EXTREMELY important for all of us to meet the January 25th pre-registration deadline and to meet all future deadline dates.  Only with this information will we be able to plan efficiently to continue to offer a Quality product in Education here at St. Pius.

Concerning School Pre-registration, it is imperative that you pre-register your child/ children before January 25th , 2006 to insure that your child may have a place in  St. Pius X School for the 2006-2007 school year.
   

If you did not send in your $50 pre registration in Nov. your child is not currently on a placement list for next year and in order for your child to be placed on the list, then you must send in $150 per child by Jan. 25th. .  If you have sent in your $50 pre registration in Nov. and still want your child's name to remain on the placement list then the next payment of $100 per child is due by Jan. 25th.

    At the same time, if you know of anyone looking for a school that offers wonderful opportunities for "spiritual and educational growth", St. Pius X is the place.  Please have them call the school office at 452-1712 for more information and a personal tour.

While we are not "out of the frying pan", we are making strides in continuing to offer an affordable Quality education in a great environment.
