MINUTES –
Meeting called to
order at
Minutes from previous meeting were discussed. Motion made by Lillian Milanof and second by Patsy Meyer to show the dates for the mass survey, which are December 11 and 18 and January 8 and 15. Motion carried and minutes were approved.
Fr. Chuck advised he had received a report back from the Archdiocese on the audit. Copy handed out. He will meet with Darlene Early, Kelly Collard, Carolyn Zierer and Rob Horning to discuss the audit and report back at the next meeting.
BBAMP pastors met regarding the survey. All are on tract for regionalization of the schools by 2007-2008. Fr. Chuck will talk about the 50th anniversary of St. Pius, the plans on the process of priest shortage and about regionalization at upcoming masses. He advised that all but St. Bartholomew are in deficit (does not include St. Martha).
Dale Pike was present on behalf of Stewardship. Discussion was held regarding whether we should stay on stewardship or go to tuition. Motion made by Patsy Meyer and second by Kelly Collard to stay with stewardship. Motion carried.
Kelly Collard moved and second by Patsy Meyer to have a balanced budget for 2006-2007. Motion carried.
Fr. Chuck took notes regarding the survey handed out at last month’s meeting. He will summarize the results and present to us at the next meeting.
The vacancy for the 50-59 Age Representative has not been filled. Fr. Chuck will act on this by next meeting.
Committee reports were handed out. Formation had not report. There was no old business. Darlene Early handed out the November finance report and it was decided to wait until the next meeting when we had December’s report for further discussion.
